Sam an angry and violent young man who was the terror of the asylum ever since he had been there assaulting many staff and patients in his angry rampages pulled a cigarette out of the packet and turn to the orderly for a light as he sat in the TV Lounge of the asylum he had been locked in for the last three years.
Talking to the psychiatrist who was trying to help him get over the belief that he used to be a man and that some strange woman had stolen his body after a night of passionate sex.
He knew if he gave up his story and started to accept the fact that he was a woman they would release him one day but he was determined to keep his true identity and not accept the fact that he was a woman to the annoyance of the psychiatrist.
But if he only knew what the psychiatrist had in store for him he would have given up his story & gladly accepted his new identity.
But by the time he found out that he was going to have a full frontal lobotomy it was a little bit too late.
But at least these days he's no trouble to anybody as he is happy just to sit and stare out of the window all day which makes the orderlies jobs a lot easier.
