Worth it in the end.
Jason smiled as he was wheeled down the corridor to his waiting parents holding his little bundle of joy ready to go home after 1 days in the hospital.
When the great shift shifted him into the body of a pregnant woman he had no intention of keeping the child.
But by law he could not abort it so he was forced to go through pregnancy and labour which he did not enjoy in the beginning.
He did not mind being a woman but he thought it was unfair that he was pregnant without even having sex as a man let alone a woman
But as his male brain started adapting to his new female body and situation he started growing more attached to the baby growing inside of him no longer resentful of it.
So by the time his water broke and his dad drove him to the hospital he had changed his mind on giving up the child as he held his baby girl for the first time in his hands after 7 difficult hours in labour he knew he could never be parted from her and decided to take the government upon their scheme and adopted the child.
So he had gone from teenage boy to a single mother thanks to the great shift but he would not change it for the world as this was the most joyous feeling he had ever felt in his life.
