Sarah had warned her husband Anthony who was now a teenage girl thanks to the great shift about his new bodies needs wants and desires.
She had given him the sex talk all mother's give daughters.
She thought she had taught him how to handle them and how to be safe.
So she was a little bit annoyed and disappointed with him when he came to her with his problem.
Anthony was change, transformed, transfigured into a female both figuratively. But that alone he lost nearly 20 plus years.

The problems was he was a female, a girl. Which his/her hormones were beginnings rage in his new feminine body.
His behavior is still of a male, but being in a body of female a teenager was confusing at best.
He didn't really understand. How or why it happen that he could be pregnant He has to realized it that. That he could be the one that could get pregnant.
But he has to get a crash course, of being a girl.
