Peeing.

Jack, unlike many men, loved being a woman and was thrilled with the Body and life that the great shift had given him.  

Sometimes, though, he wished for the simplicity of being able to stand up to pee—especially in the middle of the night when he was half-asleep. He would accidentally sit down without lifting up the lid or his nighty, resulting in a messy situation.
