You could create a story where a spoiled kid sneaks into his grandparents' room.

To look for his birthday gift that is hidden in the closet of clothes.
But by doing so something begins to change him against his will.
Until little by little the change takes place without being able to avoid it.
Forcing the boy's body to move against its will alone.
Even wearing dresses, makeup and lots of jewelry.

Until in the end, at least in appearance, he is changing it from a small boy of 7 years old to a mature woman of 60 years old.
